We want to help you grow your org on your terms and in your way - that means you keep 100% of your organization/company.

We are committed to keeping this affordable so the first conversation is free and if you want to continue, anything after that is only $25 an hour.

As one of the first Recognized Roundnet Organizations (RRO’s) TASR began with a business structure in mind. We wanted to grow the sport of roundnet in our state and around the world and knew treating it as a business was the best way to go. Regardless of how your organization started though, we can help you find the best way to accomplish your goals!.

We started TASR with a funnel in mind for growing the sport, providing structure for our competitive players while also creating a network to connect our casual players. This was crucial since in Texas, our communities are so spread apart. Our system is developed around, hubs, clubs, local org relationships, tournament series, and a sprinkle of leagues.

Who is it for?

Given the size and distance between a lot of our communities we have a pretty wide range of experience to help orgs of any kind:

  • Those looking to start an organization, those who just started an organization, those with an established org looking to develop new ideas.

    • We can help you get started and get to RRO status and beyond. We want to help you reach your goals within the sport of roundnet.

  • NGB’s

    • Texas is the size of many countries so our systems are applicable for growing the sport in large areas!

  • Local Clubs (Pro, amateur, college, high school)

    • We have seen hubs and clubs grow and we’ve been able to implement and learn a ton of best practices about how to grow clubs.

  • RRO’s of any kind!

    • This one is obvious, but we’re an RRO in the US and we have direct experience that can relate to your RRO and help you grow!

  • Tournament Directors

    • What can you do to better your event?

    • We can help you add freshness and continuity to all your events!

  • Anyone interested in learning more in depth about the Spikeball Community in general!

    • We’ve been a part of the community as players and RRO leaders for a while now, so we have quite a bit of experience!

What’s the price

Because this is a new service and we know a lot of you are getting of the ground we’re launching with a base rate of $25/hour which can be negotiated by buying a package of multiple hours. We want the initial conversation to be just that a conversation rather than a transaction so we can figure out what is the right package for your org! We’ll do a free 15-30 minute intro call to learn what you’re looking for!

Our Story

We started in 2018 and built our hub system, built out a robust business organization plan, and began building our communities. We introduced structure to the state of Texas and a consistent brand across all our events.

In 2019 we continued to grow our hubs and our Majors series with 5 tournaments and ended it with 50 teams at our College Station Major. Each major increased in size from the previous, we focus on quality over quantity at our events, but still were able to increase our events in what has historically been a tough state to get big numbers. We hosted a city league by partnering with Savage ultimate.

in 2020 we began the season by hosting the Waco major which increased by 50% from 2019. We responded to the community and local health authorities and put our tournament series and hubs on pause until August when we felt we could open up with the proper precautions. During this time off we honed our skills at live streaming efficiently and effectively with a fairly remote stream set up. We hosted the Gold League, a Pro Level league of players developed and grown within the TASR system. We reached affiliate Level with twitch through our streaming.

What does our consulting look like?

At it’s core it’s a relationship we’ll build to help you grow while letting you keep growing your business as you want. We’re here for our experience and to help you make your org into what you want it to be! We’ll schedule calls to go over our business plans in depth and teach you the growth structures we have in place.
